Lee Padwick

Movement & Performance Specialist
Lee is a Certified DMS Master Coach and Running Technique Master Coach as well as a Level 4 Qualified Personal Trainer.

Lee first came across The Movement & Running School 8 years ago after he attended the first of the Dynamic Movement Skills (DMS) courses when it was released to the public. He was very impressed with this methodology and having been a Personal Trainer since 2005, he integrated the techniques into his training sessions and found some great results with his clients. He found this training helped with a number of young County sports players representing various age groups at tennis, squash, badminton, cricket and hockey. He also worked with two Welsh National Skiers from the age of 14-16 years of age and carried out Cricket-specific sessions with U13's Hampshire County Cricket Team. He added to his experience working at The Winchester Racquets and Fitness as Assistant Fitness Manager and ran the Basingstoke Running School Clinic from 2014-2015

He was then offered the chance to join the Running School team full time in 2016 where he now specialises in running technique coaching and Dynamic Movement Skills. As for personal interests, Lee always played cricket and football from a young age, playing grade cricket in Sydney, Australia. He has also run a number of 5kms, 10 kms, 10 mile events. To date, a 10 mile PB time of 1:19 at The great South Run.

Lee is now re-learning how to run again after major hip surgery so he understands what a lot of his clients are going through.
