Age groups: 9 years to 16 years.
This is a 2-hour speed session for individuals who play football and who want to develop their speed on and off the ball. This program will combine ball technique sessions, change of direction speed sessions, and Dynamic Movement Skills sessions, which target your agility, quickness of feet, and turning ability as well as your explosiveness and jumping.
In part one, we will test your Speed over 5m, 10m, 20m, and 40m and multidirectional speed.
These will be run as small group sessions of up to 16 players.
