Description
This is a 9 session, 12 session or 18 session program for any individual involved in football who wants to develop his Speed. This program will combine technique sessions, Change of Direction speed sessions and Dynamic Movement Skills sessions, which target your agility, quickness of feet and turning ability as well as your explosiveness. This will be tailored to your individual weaknesses. Â The program involves:
- Quick feet & Explosiveness
- First 3 steps to the ball
- Turning Ability
- Change of Direction
- Speed 5-20 Metres
- Maximum Speed over 40 Metres
We work with kids from 9 years old to elite professional athletes developing individual Speed Programmes to help them achieve their objectives
How does it work?
- Book in regular appointments for the chosen period (see available session times below)
- First Session is a detailed Biomechanical Analysis and Testing
- Follow-up Sessions are based on areas you want to improve
- Structured Training Programme with and without the ball
- Sessions last 75 Minutes
- All Sessions are High Intensity
- Sessions start on the 30th Of May and will run Throughout June, July and August

AM sessions
- Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM
PM sessions
- Tuesday and Thursday 17:45 PM
- Wednesday 16:45 PM
- Saturday 13:45 PM
