VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS
Video Format: Videos can be recorded on most phones or cameras. We only ask that it is in .MP4 or .MOV format.
Video Quality: You will get a more accurate analysis if the camera is mounted on a tripod or held very still.
Running Speeds: Please run at your training pace or your race pace.
1.Record a 15 second video from the side view.
Your whole body needs to be included in the video. Please do not cut off the head or the feet.
2.Record a 15 second video from the back view.
Your whole body needs to be included in the video. Please do not cut off the head or the feet.
3.Rename your video with your last name first name speed view.
For example, Smith John 12kmph Side or Smith John 12kmph Back.
4.Upload your videos using one of these three options.

Rehabilitation and Performance specialist Lucy graduated from Millennium Performing Arts as a Professional dancer. She is a certified personal trainer and is currently studying Physiotherapy at Kings College London. Having worked as a professional dancer she has experienced many injuries and understands the frustrations associated with them. Lucy began her journey at The Running School as a client attending for rehab of a chronic back injury so has first hand experience of how beneficial and successful the methodology is. She has been working at The Running School since early 2018 and has experience working with a variety of clients from stroke patients to professional athletes, children with movement issues to adults with debilitating injuries. She finds nothing more rewarding than helping a client reach their goals especially helping rehab patients reduce their pain. Lucy enjoys running for fitness, achieving her first half marathon this year and hoping to complete her first marathon next year. She is also a keen netball player playing for a league in North London.

Rehabilitation and Movement Specialist Sally graduated with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University. Following this she underwent training at The Movement and Running School to expand her rehabilitation knowledge and apply it to individuals with movement dysfunctions and those returning back to sport from injury, as well as recreational to elite runners wishing to improve their running technique and prevent injury. Her sporting background is in rhythmic gymnastics which she did from the age of 5 until 16 when she had to stop competing due to back injury. She now applies her rehabilitation knowledge to her own injuries and back pain which has improved significantly since following the methodology used at the Movement and Running School. She has also been involved in pole vaulting and runs 5-10km’s. She has previously worked with Harlequins rugby team and as a therapist in a private clinic.

Rebecca, graduated with a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation from St Marys University and has a keen interest in human biomechanics, running technique and injury rehabilitation. Her previous experience includes working for South Woodham Ferrers Rugby team as their first team physio and working in physiotherapy clinics diagnosing and treating patients. She has been running since the age of 10 and have competing in all distances from 400m to marathons.

Nic has worked at The Running School since 2010 and has helped hundreds of clients in this time. He mainly spends his time at our City of London location but does coach at our Acton HQ branch on Saturdays. His passion lies with working with clients to achieve their best; whether that be running more efficiently or improving their marathon time. Nic also enjoys getting being out and about with runners and attending local races. Nic is also our Running School for Kids Specialists!
