The DMS Kids Movement Coach Certification is a practical one-day course designed for coaches, teachers, and practitioners working with children aged 5 to 12. This course introduces the Dynamic Movement Skills (DMS) training methodology, a scientifically backed system that enhances coordination, balance, proprioception, and neuromuscular control in young people.

You will learn how to coach fundamental movement skills using DMS, identify and address movement dysfunction, and tailor movement re-education strategies for children with varying abilities, including those with special educational needs. The course emphasises the importance of structured movement development and provides tools to make sessions engaging, progressive, and impactful.

This certification includes full access to the DMS Kids Movement Module and a practical assessment to ensure confident delivery. All participants receive a comprehensive handbook, coaching session manual, and a certificate of completion.

Those who wish to expand their expertise can also attend a second day to earn the DMS Speed Coach Certification, focused on developing explosive speed, proprioception, and single-leg dominance for sport-specific performance in youth and elite athletes.
