To improve efficiency and reduce injuries using our unique coaching methods.
Then we get you running faster! No matter how young or old, or the level of your running experience, learning the correct technique will result in increased efficiency, lowered risk of injury and increased speed; making running even more enjoyable. We treat everyone like an elite athlete and everyone as an individual!

Movement School
If you’ve been injured, we will help you get back to function or your sport in the quickest way possible.
Importantly we work on improving your quality of movement so that you don’t get injured again. If you are a stroke survivor or if you have Parkinson’s or MS, we will work with you to help you regain and maintain functional movement including walking and falls prevention. If you have a child who is struggling with movement, coordination or sport, then we can help teach them to move better, gain more confidence and get more involved in activity.
