Whether you are a beginner or someone who is returning from injury it is likely that you are not moving as well as you need to be. So one of the first things that we need to do is do a detailed Biomechanical Analysis.
Through this we identify your weaknesses and movement issues. We believe that if you are not moving efficiently that you will not be able to run efficiently.
Where we start regardless of your level, is by teaching you efficient running technique and changing your movement patterns. We do this through our unique coaching methodology and and training methods. This will help you to achieve your goals.
Once we have improved your technique and movement efficiency then we can work on improving your speed. This is based on your objectives and event and, of course, the time and commitment that you have to training, strength and recovery.
We have developed a number of different speed protocols which we have used successfully with both amateur and professional athletes.
