About Us:

Cameron is a professional British triathlete training with the Olympic Performance Triathlon Squad based in Loughborough. He has recently. been selected to compete for Scotland at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games for triathlon. He also ran 13:53 at the Podium 5K in April 2021, one of the fastest times ever by a Scotsman. This time was ran using the same running technique that Kinetic Coaching teaches people to learn today. Back in 2018 Cameron went through the 6-week running technique programme with a company based in Scotland that was also built around The Running School’s methodology. Since then his running technique has been transformed, which allowed him 3 years later to break that 14 minute barrier for 5K. From a very young age Cameron has had a passion for the science behind running and injury prevention. Through his career so far he has dealt with several running injuries and worked with many physios and specialists to overcome these. With the combination of his own experience and qualifications Cameron set up Kinetic Coaching to be able work with individuals who require injury rehabilitation or are looking to improve running technique and speed.
