Roshan-Ara was trained and certified as a level 4 personal trainer through Premier Global and then as a Certified Running Technique Specialist with The Movement and Running School. She trains and runs regularly for fitness and enjoyment, anywhere between 5km – 20km.
The aches and pains Roshan-Ara started experiencing when running longer distances have stopped since changing technique while her speed is increasing.
Following success of her own journey, Roshan-Ara loves helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She wholeheartedly believes in the value that good technique adds to managing aches/ injuries and improving performance to achieve your personal best in any form of movement be it walking, running or general exercise.
